Which of these statements sounds more like you?

Each of these beliefs will create different experiences. What we believe about ourselves and about life becomes true for us.

I’ve been thinking about why my life is like it is, and how I got here. And I’ve been able to happily own up to the fact that my life is like it is because I made it this way. I got here because of the decisions I made and the actions I took. And what is every decision based on?

The answer is a thought. Before you make a decision, you think about it. Whether consciously or unconsciously.

Every choice you make and action you take is based on your thinking. Your thoughts determine both your actions and your feelings. It is simply how we function. Thoughts are the driving force of life. In other words, what you think is what you get. Psychologically, our subconscious mind accepts whatever we choose to believe, and then it sets about confirming this by filtering how you experience life and attracting anything that agrees with your perception of reality. What you choose to think about yourself and about life becomes true for you.

So what do you think about your life? And are you happy with it?

The good news, and what I have experienced, is that if you are not happy with your life – you can change it. Truly, if you change your perceptions, miracles will happen. I’ve seen them!

So how to change? Well, you can start by choosing to perceive this as the best time of your life – and it will be. You can choose to begin thinking of this time in life as a major turning point, your breakthrough into all that you dream of, and it will become so. Just keep going with it, and remember that the point of power is always in the present moment. The Universe totally supports us in every thought we choose to think and believe. Therefore, if you want to change your life, you need to become proactive about what your thoughts. How? Just choose something good, and think about it. It’s simple. You will see that as you begin to think more positively, and believe in yourself and your ability to live your dreams, your life will begin to change for the better. It’s a simple rule: What we create in our minds, we will find on our lives. So when we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.

 

I believe that everyone, myself included, is responsible for everything in our lives, the best and the worst.
